Terms and Conditions of Repair 

Please fill out the Repair Order form below and arrange for the item to be delivered to our location at 1 Tiki Place, Palmerston North. If it is deemed faulty under warranty it will be repaired and returned to customers at no further cost. 

If required, our technical team shall inspect the item to assess any parts and/or labour required, at which point a quotation shall be supplied prior to undertaking any further work - alternatively, if it is a small repair/service which fits within our minimum service charge (MSC) of $95.00/item, they will just proceed. If a quotation is supplied you are under no obligation to accept the repair and may ask for the item to be returned to you in its previous un-repaired state. In this case the minimum service charge (MSC) of $95.00/item will apply. 

The customer agrees to uplift the repaired or non repaired goods within 28 days after being notified that it is ready for collection, failure to do this shall allow MDR Sound and Lighting to dispose of the goods without any further notice to the customer. Payment in full of all outstanding amounts is required prior to collection unless an account is held.
